When I pledged, I only heard stories of the Phi Psi brother John Tran van Ngyuen but never met him in person. He was truly an enigma shrouded in mystery (or maybe it was the haze of alcohol). Nevertheless, his name was brought up on countless occassions (much like invoking the name of a patron saint or other deity).

I will personally buy dinner to the brother who can produce the elusvie John Tran van Ngyuen!
